We had the best Saturday ever!!! First, we were getting ready to go to the pool for the first time this summer. Kade could not stop talking about it. Then the phone rang and it was Gina asking what we were doing that night!!! She flew in to Atlanta and is staying until Friday morning!!! This was the best surprise!!!
So we did go to the pool and had a great time. The water was a bit cold, but the boys still loved it. Kade jumped in, went on the slides, and jumped some more. Rennen was a little nervous and stayed close to me most of the time. I love our pool and love the zero entry part that lets the boys walk around. It was very crowded because everyone was there but hopefully the crowds will get smaller after this weekend.
On Sunday we went to two graduation parties. Scott's Fast-pitch seniors had a party and then a boy I taught back in 2000 had a party and we stopped by there. Boy time flies and he grew and is a man now! It was neat going to the parties and remembering our parties.
Happy Memorial Day! Two more work days and then SUMMER VACATION!!!
