Scott and I have a New Years tradition of hanging out at home and have a great dinner of steak and lobster. Scott normally leaves the next day to go to the annual baseball convention. This year they were not going so we were able to actually do something with other people. We did not think of this until the 30th, so last minute Allison and Ryan were able to come. Ryan said yes only if I drink with them!!!
So they came and the boys ran off to play. They were all so good and played until 1:00 am!!! We had our delicious dinner and ate too much. We then worked it off playing Wii. Warning to all, if you are playing with Allison, watch out!!! She will hit anything that gets in her way, including Jackson and Me!!! It was so fun and we laughed all night. We also took some great pics for Katie to have in her new apartment!!!
The night ended with Kade and Hunter running into each other and Hunter getting a HUGE bump on his forehead. Poor boy!
The next day was my favorite as we all rested on the couches, ate pancake puffs (Allison's Christmas gift) and watched football.
This was the best new years ever. I love hanging out with Alli and Ryan and the boys. This is the best new tradition that I hope lasts for years and years! Oh and as for me drinking with them...I did have one drink and possibly drank it too slow because I did not feel a thing. Sorry, maybe next year!!!
