The other night I went to check on the boys at around 2:00am (which I still do every night) and I found Rennen sleeping with this cute little teddy bear named Mr. Higgin's. Why does this matter and why is this so special to me??? Well, Stehanie gave Kade this special bear when he was born. This bear stayed in Kade's crib with him and then transfered into Kade's big boy bed. Rennen has taken a liking to Mr. Higgin's and Kade has been letting Rennen borrow the bear. I love the fact that Mr. Higgin's is special to me and both of the boys realize he is a special bear that will always be in our home.
Stephanie is a very special friend who I do not see often. I really wish I could see her everyday like we used to.
Some special things about Stephanie:
+This special friend was in my life when things got really tough and she stood by and listened when I needed her (even though she was not ready for children)
+Steph took care of me and even came to our house and handed out Halloween candy to the trick-or-treaters when I could not.
+Steph made many meals for us when I could not cook...by the way, Cooking was not Steph's favorite activity, but the food was delicious!
+Steph taught me some of the best ways to teach kids (She is still the best teacher I have ever seen)
