Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Have I ever told you guys how blessed I am? Just in case I have not, I AM SO BLESSED!!! I have the all time best husband-EVER! I woke up on Valentine's morning to the smell of something cooking. My first thought was fire, but then I rolled over and noticed Scott was not in bed. I yelled, "Scott, I smell something!" and he relied "It's ok, go back to bed!" I turned to notice that it was still dark and the boys were not awake so it must be early!!! Turns out, my sweet hubby set his alarm and woke up at 5:00 am to make me cookies, frost them, and decorate the island! How sweet and romantic is this? Oh, by the way, I was not even sure he knew how to turn on the oven??? This was very special and he worked hard to make it perfect. You may notice that each conversation heart faces the same direction and are perfectly spaced!!! AGAIN, I am blessed! (Remind me to look at this post again when we are in the middle of baseball season!)

Kade and Rennen also had a great Valentine's. Started out on Thursday when they had their parties at school. Both boys handed out gift bags with mini beach balls with hearts on them, candy bracelets, and cool cards (Spiderman from Kade and Buzz Lightyear from Rennen.) They got home and had fun eating candy and looking at the cards.

Please note Kade is already back in his Jammies-I have no idea where he learned that from! ha,ha
Then on Valentine's morning they had a few gifts from Scott and I to open early before Kade's baseball practice! They still look sleepy and confused!

Opps, gotta go...The boys are asleep and Scott is grilling steaks! Happy V-day!

That is so sweet! It is the little things that mean the most :) That just proves, you don't have to spend a ton of money to be romantic!

You are such a good mom and wife and friend. I love reading your blog because you are so grateful that it is infectious. Will I see you at Dave's wedding? Hope so! Molly
