Now that it is May, it's time for the school year to come to an end. Kade and Rennen both had amazing years at school and we LOVED their teachers and all of the work they did. Both boys have met friends that we hope to keep in touch with. Last Tuesday was a life changing event for us! Kade came home talking about a little girl that he decided he likes- a lot! Her name came up in about every conversation the next few days and he even had Grammer's buy her stickers because he thought she would love them! At the end of the year party, we talked to her mother and realized that she has been talking about Kade non-stop too! She thinks he is "adorable!!!" This was hard for us because Kade had never expressed sweet feelings for a girl! He was always more into playing and getting dirty. UGHHH!!!!
The parties were great and the boys were sweet hugging their teachers good bye and saying "thank you!" This school has been such a blessing in our lives for the last three years, and we look forward to the next two more years.
Kindergarten registration was an emotional day! Seriously, Kade is old enough to be in Kindergarten??? SLOW DOWN WORLD!!!! Kade and Daddy came to school for a Kindergarten tour. Kade found two friends from his pre-school and he loved showing them around the school. He is pretty laid back and cool, so this tour was not a big deal to him-until we went into the classroom that will be his next year. His teachers have a real tarantula that he loved looking at. This, of course, is all he has been talking about. Yuck!!!
